What do I need to do during the session?
At the end of the session, there's a message you can read mentally or aloud to let the energies know you're ready to receive them. You can relax or continue your daily activities.
What if I don't feel anything?
Give it some time - the energies work throughout the day. Not everyone feels them immediately. You have 2 free credits to try again on another day.
What does "Name" mean in the application?
You enter the full name (including middle names) of the person the Remote-Reiki session is intended for. Names are saved for faster access next time.
What are Credits?
Credits are single uses. New users receive 2 free credits to try. You can buy credits in different packages: 5 credits ($12), 10 credits ($22), or 30 credits ($50). Credits are valid for 2 years.
How often can I use the application?
As often as you want! Each session uses 1 credit. There's no daily limit - use the application flexibly according to your needs.
How much do credits cost?
5 credits cost $12 ($2.40 per session), 10 credits cost $22 ($2.20 per session), 30 credits cost $50 ($1.67 per session). The more credits you buy, the cheaper per session.
Do my credits expire?
Yes, credits expire after 2 years from purchase date. You can always see the expiration date in your dashboard.
Can I buy multiple credit packages?
Yes! You can buy more credits anytime. They're automatically added to your balance and each extends for 2 years from purchase date.
Does Remote-Reiki replace medical treatment?
No, Remote-Reiki is complementary and does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. Please consult a doctor for health problems.
Is Remote-Reiki safe?
Yes, Reiki energy is gentle and cannot harm. The energy only works where it's needed. There are no known side effects.
