What is Reiki?

What is Distance Reiki?
With Distance Reiki, you don't need to be physically present as the energies are sent to your energy body. This works regardless of distance.
How does it work technically?
The Remote Reiki application generates distance Reiki energies and sends them to you. That's why you need to enter your full name so the energy knows where to work.
What do I need to do during the session?
At the end of the session, there's a message you can read mentally or aloud to let the energies know you're ready to receive them. You can relax or continue your daily activities.
What if I don't feel anything?
Give it some time - the energies work throughout the day. Not everyone feels the energies immediately. You have 2 free credits to try again on another day.
What does "Name" mean in the application?
Enter the full name (including middle names) of the person for whom the Remote Reiki session is intended. Names are saved for faster access next time.
What are Credits?
Credits are single-use sessions. New users receive 2 free credits to test. You can purchase 5 more credits for $12. Credits are valid for 2 years.
When are Credits used?
Credits are only used when your subscription daily limit is reached. As long as you have subscription uses available, no credits are consumed. This gives you maximum flexibility.
How often can I use the application?
With subscription: Daily depending on plan (Solo 1x, Partner 2x, Family 5x). Additionally, you can use credits when the limit is reached. So you can do more sessions on a day if needed.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can manage and cancel your subscription through the dashboard anytime. It continues until the end of the billing period, no hidden costs.
Do my Credits expire?
Yes, credits expire 2 years from purchase date. You can always see the expiration date in your dashboard.
Does Remote Reiki replace medical treatment?
No, Remote Reiki is complementary and does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. For health problems, please consult a doctor.
Is Remote Reiki safe?
Yes, Reiki energy is gentle and cannot harm. The energy only works where it's needed. There are no known side effects.
Can I book Remote Reiki for other people?
Yes, with the Family plan you can save up to 5 different names and perform sessions for family and friends. Just enter the person's name. Please ask them first!
How long does a Remote Reiki session last?
A session takes about 2 minutes in the application. The energies then continue to work for several hours and unfold their full effect throughout the day.
Do I need Reiki knowledge or experience?
No, absolutely not! Remote Reiki is suitable for everyone, even without any prior knowledge. The application guides you step by step through the process.
What does Remote Reiki cost?
Solo Plan: $47/month (1x daily), Partner Plan: $75/month (2x daily), Family Plan: $116/month (5x daily). New users get 2 free sessions to test. You can also purchase 5 credits for $12 anytime.
Can I use Remote Reiki for animals?
Yes, you can enter your pet's name + family surname (where the animal lives) and start a session for your pet. Many users report positive effects on their animals.
